What to expect

A 6-session structure for youth at Serendipity Equine with EquineSELF. Group sessions, maximum 6 participants, 1 hour duration, $350.00 per week.

1. 01

   Week 1

   Communication

   Using the herd as a metaphor for family, friends and teachers, to show communication through body language.

2. 02

   Week 2

   Boundaries

   Physical and emotional boundaries — self-respect, respect for others, claiming space and accountability.

3. 03

   Weeks 3–5

   Mindfulness, trust and self-leadership

   Being present; trust in self and others; recognising and exercising your own leadership through self-acceptance.

4. 04

   Week 6

   Consolidation

   What have you learned about yourself, your friends, teachers and family, and how can this help you grow.
